SB 6016 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Requires all local governments to fully disclose annually in the budget document the total compensation paid to the chief administrative officer when that total exceeds one hundred thousand dollars in any one calendar year.

     Specifies the elements to be included in computing compensation.

     Requires development of guidelines to meet the intent of the requirement by September 1, 1994.
