SB 6078 - DIGEST

     Establishes conditions which must be met prior to a settlement agreement by the attorney general under the authority of RCW 70.105D.040(4).

     Requires the attorney general to determine the amount of a monetary payment to be made by the potentially liable persons into the site cleanup reserve account.

     Creates the site cleanup reserve account.
