     Authorizes a school receiving a transfer student to request the student and parent to indicate information about the student's history in other schools.

     Establishes procedures for the resolution of unpaid fines by the transferring student.

     Authorizes family reconciliation services to include training in parenting, conflict management, and dispute resolution skills.
