SB 6431 - DIGEST

     Establishes a program to coordinate and fund up to ten community-based healthy families--home visitor program sites which shall be designed to reduce the incidence of child abuse and neglect in the community.

     Makes an appropriation of one million dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
