     On page 2, line 28, after "(3)" insert "If a minor age sixteen or older is employed past 10:00 p.m., the employer must provide the minor employee with an escort to his or her means of transportation home.

Renumber the subsections consecutively.

EFFECT:  Adds a requirement that if a minor works past 10:00 p.m., the employer must provide an escort to the minor's means of transportation home.
