     On page 1, line 8, after "is on" insert "an unpaid"

     On page 1, after line 14, insert "(3) Employee contributions shall be paid by the employee;"

     Renumber the following subsections accordingly

     On page 1, line 15, strike "regular compensation" and insert "basic salary"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the employee must be on unpaid leave of absence, must pay the employee contributions, and the contributions shall be based on the basic salary that the employee would have received.
