     On page 15, line 19, after "(i)" strike "Three" and insert "((Three)) Four"

     On page 15, line 20, after "law enforcement officers" insert ", one of whom is a crime victim or a crime victims' advocate"

     On page 15, strike all of line 21

Re-letter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Provides that the Sentencing Guidelines Commission's new member representing crime victims is to be a member of the general public who is not currently a prosecutor, a defense attorney, a judge nor a law enforcement officer.
