     On page 1, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "colleges." insert "Tuition and fees for the credits of the prior experiential learning shall be no more than seventy-five percent of the cost of the tuition and fees of any other credits offered through the distance learning degree program."      

EFFECT:  Requires the public or private institution to offer applied prior learning credits at 75 percent of the cost of any other credits offered through the distance learning degree program.
