    On page 8, line 14, following " using video telecommunications resources." insert "The department shall review network development to ensure that the system will have the capability to deliver on the goals and objectives of the plan set forth in section 10."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the Department of Information Systems shall be sure that the approved technology system shall have the capacity to deliver on the goals and objectives set out by the Higher Education Coordinating Board in their plan.
