(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Allows qualifying recreational and/or park trailer manufacturers to be self certified as to compliance with the American National Standards Institute A119.2 standard for recreational vehicles and the A119.5 standard for park trailers.

     Designates requirements for self-certification.

     Provides for an audit of a manufacturer believed to be not in compliance with the requirements.

     Provides for periodic audits of quality control programs.
