HB 2002 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the distribution of money from the municipal sales and use tax equalization account, the liquor revolving fund, and the liquor excise tax fund to cities or towns which reject, or geographically modify, a proposed annexation which constitutes all of the influence area designated for the city or town.
