HB 2567 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires counties, cities, and towns to provide to the county assessor a copy of their comprehensive plan and development regulations.

     Requires notice to a property owner of the right to request revaluation of the property.

     Requires state permit agencies to forward to the county assessor a notice of the agency's final decision with respect to a permit sought from the agency in connection with a project permit application as defined in RCW 36.70B.020.
