SB 5141 - DIGEST

     Reduces the alcohol concentration of 0.10 to 0.08, or 0.02 if the person is under the age of twenty-one years, for a violation of the prohibition of driving while under the influence of liquor or drugs.

     Enhances penalty provisions for DUI offenses.

     Revises provisions for administrative driver license suspension or revocation.

     Revises provisions relating to implied consent to breath or blood tests to determine alcohol concentration.

     Revises provisions relating to deferred prosecution.

     Prescribes conditions for the issuance of a probationary driver's license.

     Prescribes conditions for the reinstatement of the driver's license.

     Repeals RCW 46.20.309, 46.61.5052, 46.61.5053, and 46.61.5057.
