SB 5350-S - DIGEST

     Prohibits counties from enforcing any regulations which denies the use of a residential dwelling, located in an area zoned for residential or commercial use, as a family day-care provider's home facility.

     Requires compliance with building, safety, and health codes.

     Requires conformance with lot size and setbacks.

     Allows restrictions on the hours of operation.
