     Directs the state weed board to develop a study to determine the cost of controlling weeds on state-owned and managed lands, including along state-owned rights of way.

     Directs state agencies to control noxious weeds on lands that they own.

     Makes appropriations of fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
