SB 6145 - DIGEST

     Establishes alternative procedures for situations where an application for a permit under chapters 43.21C, 70.94, 75.20, 90.03, 90.44, 90.48, and 90.58 RCW is unlikely to be processed within one hundred eighty days.

     Authorizes the use of a private consultant by the applicant to help develop a permit proposal for expedited action by the agency.
