SB 6252 - DIGEST

     Establishes the following classes of felonies:  (1) For a maximum sentence of imprisonment of twenty years or more, a class A felony;

     (2) for a maximum sentence of eight to twenty years, a class B felony; and

     (3) for a maximum sentence of less than eights years, a class C felony.
