     Provides that a third or subsequent conviction for a violation of a no contact order or a protection order shall be a class C felony.

     Authorizes the courts to require a person subject to a protection order to wear an electronic monitoring device that initiates an alarm when the person wearing it approaches a location in violation of the order.
