     Provides that information received by the Department of Health relating to a hospital's license and complaint investigations may be disclosed by the hospital following its receipt of the department's assessment report.  This information may be disclosed immediately after the hospital has received documents from DOH initiating actions taken against the license.

     Provides that information collected by a public hospitals' quality improvement committee is not disclosable.
