SB 5477 - DIGEST

     Provides that a valid license issued under RCW 9.41.070 is permanent until suspended or revoked or until the person to whom the license was issued becomes otherwise ineligible to possess a firearm or to obtain a concealed pistol license.

     Declares that a permanent license issued under RCW 9.41.070 entitles a person to carry a pistol concealed on his or her person regardless of the date of issuance of the license, and the license need not be renewed for that purpose.
