SB 6660 - DIGEST

     Directs the secretary to cause to be posted on the department's home page on the internet an alphabetized listing of the names and cities or towns of residence of persons who have received notices of intent to suspend their licenses under the federal personal responsibility and work opportunity reconciliation act of 1996, as implemented by chapter 58, Laws of 1997.

     Requires the internet listing to be updated monthly to ensure that information about obligors who have paid or made arrangements to pay their support obligations is eliminated.
