     On page 3, line 7, strike all of subsection (b) and insert the following:

A(b) The written notice must be provided to tenants requesting written notice as soon as possible after the request is made.@

EFFECT: Provides that written notice regarding certain information be provided by a landlord only when requested by a tenant and that the notice must be provided to tenants requesting notice as soon as possible after the request is made.
