Background:  A number of unanswered questions exist regarding the treatment of state-owned transportation facilities as it relates to on and off-ramps in city and county comprehensive plans and development regulations which are required by the state's Growth Management Act (GMA).

 

Summary of Bill:  Interstate highway on and off-ramps are not included as being of statewide significance.

 

Appropriation:  None.

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
