Background:  In 1998, the Legislature commenced a continuing process to eliminate obsolete or unwanted reports to the Legislature.

 

Summary of Bill:  Various statutes are amended or repealed to eliminate 21 reports to the Legislature that are no longer wanted or considered necessary.

 

Appropriation:  None.

 

Fiscal Note:  Not requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
