HB 1053-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for the consolidation of the fuel tax rate, and fuel tax distribution statutes maintaining revenue neutrality among fuel tax recipients.

     Repeals RCW 46.68.095, 46.68.100, 46.68.115, 46.68.150, 47.26.060, 47.26.070, and 47.26.410.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
