(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Increases the monetary limit for competitive sealed bid process from one hundred to two hundred thousand dollars.

     Increases the monetary limit for use of the small works roster by port districts from one hundred to two hundred thousand dollars.

     Requires a report on the effectiveness of the change in the bid limit to be made to the alternative works construction methods oversight committee prior to the 2003 legislative session.
