(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates the Lewis and Clark bicentennial advisory committee under the auspices of the Washington state historical society.

     Provides that the Lewis and Clark bicentennial committee shall coordinate and provide guidance to Washington's observance of the bicentennial of the Lewis and Clark expedition.

     Creates the Lewis and Clark bicentennial account in the state treasury.

     Repeals RCW 27.34.340.
