HB 1613.E - DIGEST

     Declares that the purpose of this act is to clarify the property tax exemption statutes by:  (1) Repealing unnecessary and duplicative statutes in chapter 84.36 RCW;

     (2) consolidating the exemption statutes for business inventories; and

     (3) simplifying administrative statutes pertaining to nonprofit organizations.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 84.36 RCW.
