HB 2217 - DIGEST

     Declares that the director has good cause to require an examination if he or she receives a written report based upon personal observation of deterioration or lack of skills necessary for driving from:  (1) A law enforcement officer;

     (2) a physician;

     (3) a physical therapist;

     (4) a chiropractor;

     (5) a registered nurse;

     (6) a psychologist;

     (7) a social worker; or

     (8) a family member.
