HB 2616 - DIGEST

     Provides that, when a person pays the fee required under any law dealing with licenses for, registration of, or the right to operate a vehicle upon the public highways or waters of this state, he or she may elect to pay twice the annual fee.  Persons taking this option are not required to renew their license, registration, or right to operate the vehicle upon the public highways or waters of this state for two years from the date of such payment.
