     Declares that the prohibition does not apply to colostrum milk processed or to be processed by a licensed food processing facility as a nutritional supplement in accordance with the federal dietary supplement health and education act of 1994 as cited in 21 U.S.C. Sec. 301.

     Does not apply to colostrum milk if it comes from cows that have been tested for brucellosis within sixty days of parturition.  Such colostrum milk is also exempt from meeting the standards for grade A raw milk required by chapter 15.36 RCW.
