HB 2691 - DIGEST

     Provides funding assistance for disasters and emergencies.

     Requires the secretary of state to submit sections 6 through 10 of this act to the people for their adoption and ratification, or rejection, at the next general election to be held in this state, as required by Initiative Measure No. 695.
