HB 2941 - DIGEST

     Requires that the competence of the licensee, assistant, volunteer, and other persons associated with the operation of a family day-care shall be evaluated with respect to required training.  The number of hours of required annual training shall decrease after the licensee, assistant, volunteer, and other persons associated with the operation of a family day-care have achieved five years' experience in the family day-care setting; the number of hours of required annual training shall decrease again after the licensee, assistant, volunteer, and other persons associated with the operation of a family day-care have achieved ten years' experience in the family day-care setting.
