HB 3001 - DIGEST

     Declares that the intent of this act is to adopt interim measures concerning the siting of pipelines and other energy facilities by the Washington state energy facility site evaluation council.  The legislature finds that these measures are necessary to protect the public and the environment pending a complete review of the current siting process for energy facilities.
