SB 5211 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Extends the jurisdiction of limited jurisdiction courts to five years after imposition of sentence for a defendant sentenced under RCW 46.61.5055, DUI.

     Provides, however, the jurisdiction period in this act does not apply to the enforcement of orders issued under RCW 46.20.720, which requires ignition interlocks.
