SB 5291 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to reduce the deaths, injuries, and property damage resulting from inappropriate aggressive driving.

     Does not recognize aggressive driving as a defense or mental disorder in criminal or civil litigation, and does not intend to reform or affect the law on self-defense.

     Requires the department to suspend for sixty days the license or permit to drive or a nonresident driving privilege of a person convicted of aggressive driving.
