SB 6103 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions concerning access to individual health insurance coverage.

     Creates the task force on health care reinsurance, which expires December 31, 2000.

     Makes an appropriation of seventy-five thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, from the general fund to the task force on health care reinsurance created in this act.

     Makes an appropriation of fifty thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, from the general fund to the task force on health care reinsurance created in this act.

     Repeals RCW 48.41.180.
