(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that, on July 1, 2001, any remaining fund balances in the following accounts are transferred to the state wildlife account:  (1) The aquaculture disease control account;

     (2) the Cedar river channel construction and operation account; and

     (3) the wildlife conservation reward fund.

     Provides that, on July 1, 2001, any remaining fund balances in the following accounts are transferred to the parks renewal and stewardship account:  (1) The state wildlife and recreation lands management account;

     (2) the state and local improvements revolving account--recreation; and

     (3) the underwater park account.

     Provides that, on July 1, 2001, any remaining fund balances in the following accounts are transferred to the state toxics control account:  (1) The clean Washington account;

     (2) the vehicle tire recycling account; and

     (3) the solid waste management account.

     Repeals various statutes.
