     Revises the Washington school employees' retirement system plan 2 and 3.

     Requires the joint committee on pension policy to study the feasibility of providing an option of plan 2 or plan 3 for school employees retirement systems and teachers' retirement systems new employees, and it shall provide recommendations to the appropriate legislative committees by January 1, 2001.
