     Resolves that the Rules of the Senate for the 1997 Regular Session of the 55th Legislature be adopted, as amended, as the Rules for the 1999 Regular Session of the 56th Legislature, to read as follows:  PERMANENT RULES OF THE SENATE, FIFTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE 1999.
