     On page 1, line 20 of the amendment, after "employer" strike "other than" and insert the following:

     "whose annual wages are equal to or less than fifty thousand dollars, but not"

EFFECT:  Limits the applicability of the prohibition on noncompetition agreements to employees of broadcasting industry employers whose annual wages are equal to or less than $50,000.
