Correct the title.

EFFECT: (1) Reinstates statutory requirement for the Municipal Research Council (Council) to send a county official's request for legal services and the Council's response to that request to the county prosecuting attorney's office. (2) Changes effective date from June 1, 2001, to July 1, 2001.
