     On page 2, line 34 after A(5)@ insert: AUse the assessment tool developed pursuant to subsection (4) in making out-of-home placement decisions for children;

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Ensures the information gained about the child=s physical health, developmental progress, educational needs, stressful and traumatic life events, the family/social history and emotional/behavioral needs as the result of the new assessment tool will be used in making decisions about the child=s out-of-home placement.
