     Renumber the sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes language providing that personal property may not be removed from the county or from the state until all taxes have been paid, and removes language which duplicates the provision contained in RCW 84.60.010 regarding priority of tax liens.
