Summary of Bill:  The Code Reviser is a commissioner in the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.

Fiscal Note:  Not requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.

 

Testimony For:  After an individual is involved with the commission on uniform laws for 20 years that individual is eligible to become a lifetime member.  Making the Code Reviser a commissioner will make him eligible for this honor in another year.
