HB 2133 - DIGEST

     Requires the department of ecology to conduct an analysis of the availability of a site or sites for the construction of a water storage facility in the Wenatchee river basin and the facility's potential to provide for improved instream flows and future water supply.

     Appropriates the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002, from the general fund to the department of ecology for the purposes of this act.
