   On page 97, line 29, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2005 by $11,333,000.

   Adjust the total accordingly.

   On page 158, line 20, strike section 913.

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Eliminates the proposed reduction of levy equalization funding during the 2003-05 biennium. This increases general fund-state appropriations by $17.3 million.
