            On page 2, beginning on line 33, after "age;" strike "and

            (b)" and insert:

            "(b) A person engaged in a lawful business who obtains another person's personal identification in the ordinary course of business; and

            (c)"

            Correct any internal references accordingly.

         EFFECT: Clarifies exemption for legitimate businesses that obtain an individual's personal identification in the ordinary course of business.
