Background: State agencies periodically review the Titles of the Revised Code of Washington with which they deal in order to clarify confusing or archaic wording and correct outdated statutory references.

 

Summary of Bill: Numerous nonsubstantive changes are made to the Insurance Code in order to clarify the wording or correct and eliminate outdated statutory references.

 

Appropriation: None.

 

Fiscal Note: Not requested.

 

Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
