Background: There are many species of flora and fauna that are designated as the state's official representative of its kind. There is no officially designated state flowering vine.

 

Summary of Bill: The common hop, humulus lupulus, is designated the official state flowering vine.

Effective Date: Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
